Task is specific work a user is doing for which time is logged. Projects are overheads for tasks.
As shown in the image "Marketing" is the name of the project and "Creating marketing strategy" is one of the tasks in Marketing.
Type your task name & then click enter. The cursor now moves to the timesheet. Now you can enter work hours manually or start automated timer as shown in the image.
Click on coloured menu bar on the left to select existing project or add a new project.
You can view your total logged hours by day or week as shown in the image below.
Click on the calendar icon to select a specific week, by default you always see the current week.
Type the initial letters of the task and a list of tasks with those letters will show up. Select the desired task to log time.
Click on pencil icon as shown in the image below to edit task names or assign the task to another project. Click save and you will see the edited task in the timesheet.
Go to users section, click on invite users and then enter the email address of the new user. Invited users will receive an email for signup.
Go to Projects section, choose the desired project. Click on the pencil icon. Choose a new colour and click save.

Click on your picture. Select Edit Profile. Click on your picture to upload a new picture & save.
